ROC Post Equipment - General Equipment
Post are in various states, some have been stripped entirely and
are little more than a empty concrete room, and others have all manner of
different equipment and paperwork in them and some are flooded in excess of four
foot deep. This list serves to illustrate what equipment may be found in ROC

External Structures
These are usually in various different states of disrepair but all
follow the same main design and include the following features:
Entry Hatch with attached ventilation shaft, usually with a step up to
the hatch

Second ventilation stack - to facilitate air circulation
Fixed Survey Meter (FSM) Tube - large pipe with a bolted cover - for the
external components of the FSM
Blast Pressure Indicator (BPI) Tube - small pipe approx one inch
diameter - for the external components of the BPI
Ground Zero Indicator Mount - usually on the entry hatch but sometimes
on the ventilation stack depending on local circumstances - for mounting
the GZI on to
